Cookie Policy
What cookies are, how ORN uses them, and the choices available to you across our websites and the NX/OS platform.
Last updated: 1 January 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how ORN uses them, and the choices available to you. It complements — and should be read alongside — our Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Cookies allow the site to remember your actions and preferences (login state, language, region) over time, and to measure how the service is being used.
2. The cookies we set
ORN uses four categories of cookie:
- Strictly necessary. Required for the service to function — session, security, fraud prevention. These cannot be switched off.
- Functional. Remember your preferences (language, currency, accessibility settings). Optional.
- Analytics. Help us understand aggregate usage and improve the service. Optional, set only with consent in jurisdictions that require it.
- Marketing. Used by ORN and authorised partners to surface relevant communications. Always opt-in.
3. Third parties
A small number of partners may set cookies on the services, including analytics providers and payment processors. Each such partner operates under contract and to ORN's data-protection standards. A full live list is available in the in-product cookie preference centre.
4. Your choices
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through our in-product preference centre, accessible from the footer of every page. You can also control cookies through your browser settings — see your browser's help documentation for instructions. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the service from working. Disabling other categories will not break functionality but may reduce personalisation.
5. Do Not Track
ORN respects Do Not Track signals from browsers that send them, treating such signals as a withdrawal of consent for non-essential cookies.
6. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices or applicable law change. The current version is always posted here, with the "last updated" date above.
