Terms of Use
The agreement between you and ORN when you use our websites, NX/OS, or any of our services.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ORN's websites, the NX/OS platform, and any services we provide. By accessing or using these services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services. Where you use the services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. The services
ORN operates the NX/OS orchestration platform and a portfolio of consumer-facing travel brands. The specific terms applicable to your booking, subscription, or account may include additional, brand-specific terms that prevail in case of conflict.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into a binding agreement with ORN.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@orn.com of any unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You will not (a) interfere with the services, (b) attempt to access data not intended for you, (c) use the services to violate any law or third-party right, or (d) reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract NX/OS in a manner not contemplated by these Terms.
6. Bookings & fulfilment
Bookings made through ORN are subject to the terms of the underlying supplier (airline, hotel, operator), which are presented at point of sale. ORN acts as a platform and intermediary; primary fulfilment responsibility rests with the supplier identified on the booking confirmation.
7. Pricing
Prices are quoted in the currency displayed and include taxes and fees where required by law. Pricing errors are corrected and either re-quoted or refunded — we will not unilaterally re-price an issued confirmation in our favour.
8. Intellectual property
All content, software, trademarks, and design elements on the services are owned by ORN or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the services for their intended purpose only.
9. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORN disclaims all warranties not expressly granted herein, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORN's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid ORN in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your account or, where none is stated, by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer rights under your local law are preserved.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email at least thirty days in advance, save where the change is required by law.
